S.U.P (Stand Up Paddleboard) is a great exercise and a nature experience that suits most people, both younger and older. Depending on the weather conditions, we either paddle in a bay and along the beach or a trip to the other side of the lake. SUP is a safe activity that everyone can learn.
The course is divided into three parts. The first part is on the beach where we look and learn about the equipment, safety and general information about SUP. The second part are on the water. You will learn how to keep the right position and balance, how to paddle and different paddling techniques, how to turn with a few different techniques. We will also do some stretching before we pick up the equipment. Among other things, we will go through the following:
- Paddle Techniques
- Paddle Positions on the board
- Techniques for turning
- Safety on the board
